Block distractions.
Keep the commitment.

Every other blocker has an off switch — and the moment you most want to stop is the moment you reach for it. Kazeway makes leaving deliberate.

Friction is the feature

Three decisions that make a commitment hold once you have made it.

No stop button

There is no way to end a running rule on impulse. Editing or deleting it are the only exits, and both sit behind a five-second breathing gate. Siri cannot do it either.

Breaks are a budget

You decide in advance how many short pauses a rule allows, and how long each one lasts. When a break ends the shield returns on its own. Spend them carefully.

Presets, not sessions

Save a blocking configuration once — apps, websites, schedule, breaks — and turn it on whenever you need it. Scheduled rules run themselves.

Built around six goals

Pick the ones that matter to you. Kazeway suggests presets to match, then shows whether things are actually improving.

Cut DoomscrollingLess time in social and entertainment.
Deep FocusFewer pickups during working hours.
Better SleepLess screen time through the night.
Own My MorningA quieter first hour of the day.
Less GamingA limit on games that holds.
Phone DetoxLess total screen time overall.

Privacy, by architecture

Not a policy promise. There is nowhere for your data to go.

  • No account. Nothing to sign up for. No name, no email, no identifier.
  • Your screen-time data never leaves your device. It is read by Apple's Screen Time framework and stays there. Kazeway cannot send it anywhere, and neither can we.
  • No analytics. No Firebase, no Mixpanel, no telemetry of any kind.
  • iCloud backup is off by default. Turn it on and your presets go to your own private iCloud container — not to us.
  • Purchases go through Apple and RevenueCat. They receive an anonymous identifier and your receipt so the subscription works. Nothing else.
